Zsa Zsa Gabor Hospitalized After Hearing of Taylor's Death

ZsaZsa Gabor went into hysterics and was rushed to the hospital after learning of her friend Elizabeth Taylor's death on Wednesday, the Daily Mail reports.

The 94-year-old, who has been in ill health, reportedly began screaming "I'm next!" Legendary film star and beauty Elizabeth Taylor had been friends with Gabor for 30 years. Taylor died of congestive heart failure Wednesday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after being treated there for six weeks.

"Zsa Zsa said: 'Celebrities go in threes and I'm next,'" Frederic Von Anhalt, who is Gabor's husband, told RadarOnline.

Gabor spent five days in the hospital last month, after she fell ill with pneumonia. Taylor visited Gabor during that hospital stay. The meeting was not a happy one, Von Anhalt said.

"It was a tearful reunion and a very sad, tragic goodbye," he told RadarOnline. "Liz sat in her wheelchair beside my wife, who was laying in bed. They both knew it would probably be the last time they’d see each other, and – with Liz’s death today – it was."

The pair were reportedly close friends.

Gabor is a Hungarian-born actress who starred in such 1950s films as "Moulin Rouge" and "Touch of Evil."

Her health began to fail in 2002, when she was injured in a car wreck. In 2005, she suffered from a stroke. In July, she underwent hip-replacement surgery and last month her leg was amputated because of an infection.

Her publicist, John Blanchette, had recently said Gabor's health was improving.

"They did a magnificent job getting her back," he said. "They treated her with an aggressive treatment of antibiotics. The doctors said it was 50-50, but it worked."

Recently, the singer claimed that she is being "cyber-bullied" over her song, which she recorded after her mother paid $2000 to the Los Angeles based Ark Studios. According to certain estimates, the 13-year-old is now making around $27,000 a week from iTunes sales and YouTube streams.
REBECCA BLACK has also been defended by the musical mogul Simon Cowell, who reportedly claimed that the 13-year-old had "done nothing wrong".

Myanmar rocked by powerful earthquake

The northeastern part of Myanmar was hit with a magnitude 6.8 earthquake Thursday night. One woman was reported killed when a roof collapsed in Chiang Rai.

The quake was felt in Bangkok, 480 miles to the south of the epicenter, where buildings reportedly swayed.

The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake was six miles deep and that it is possible that 600,000 people could feel shaking anywhere from strong to violent and that damage could be widespread.

Thai television showed people running into the streets in their pajamas.

Two small aftershocks measuring 4.8 and 5.4 in magnitude followed. There was no tsunami created because the quake was located too far inland.

The quake was comparable in magnitude and depth to last year's Haiti earthquake.

Hayley Williams(Paramore)

In 2002, at the age of 13, Williams moved from her hometown, Meridian, Mississippi, to Franklin, Tennessee, where she met former band members Josh Farro and Zac Farro in school.[4][5] Shortly after arriving, she began taking vocal lessons with Brett Manning.[6] While still in school, she tried out for a local funk cover band called The Factory where she met Jeremy Davis.[5][7]

Williams was discovered in 2003 by managers Dave Steunebrink and Richard Williams who signed the 14-year-old to a production deal.[8] According to former manager Jeff Hanson in an interview with HitQuarters, at the time she was writing pop songs with top songwriters in Nashville. Williams was introduced to Atlantic Records A&R Tom Storms through Richard's attorneys Jim Zumwalt and Kent Marcus, and then signed to the label by Jason Flom. The label's original plan for their new artist was to make her a solo pop artist but Williams objected to this, saying that she wanted to be part of a band and play alternative music. Atlantic decided to go along with her wishes and she then formed Paramore with Josh Farro, Zac Farro, and Jeremy Davis.[8]

The music of Paramore was originally supposed to come out on Atlantic Records but the label's marketing department decided it would be better for the image of the band to not have them attached to a huge label. They instead released their music through a cooler niche label in Fueled by Ramen.[8]

In 2007, Williams appeared in the music video for "Kiss Me" by New Found Glory.[9]

In the 2007 Kerrang! Readers' Poll she finished second to Evanescence's Amy Lee in the "Sexiest Female" category,[10] going on to win the first place spot for "Sexiest Female" a year later in the 2008 poll,[11] and again in the 2009 poll. Williams wrote and recorded the song "Teenagers", which was featured in the soundtrack for the film Jennifer's Body. Hayley has also went onto stage during different intervals and sets of the Reading Festival 2010, and performed several songs with British pop band You Me At Six, including the band's latest hit single "Stay With Me". The band's frontman Josh Franceschi has reportedly expressed a keen interest in collaborating with Hayley after the stage performance. It hasn't been confirmed yet though, if the band is recording their third yet-to-be-untitled with Hayley.

Hey Monday was formed in March 2008 after Cassadee Pope and Mike Gentile's former band Blake broke up. Pope and Gentile wanted to continue playing music and began holding auditions for a new band around their local Florida music scene. Pope and Gentile quickly recruited rhythm guitarist Alex Lipshaw and drummer Elliot James. Soon afterward they enlisted bassist Michael "Jersey" Moriarty and Hey Monday was formed. They were discovered when Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz heard one of their demos while he was in the Crush Management office. Wentz wanted to sign them to his label, Decaydance, but Columbia Records was also interested so the band ended up signing a joint deal with both labels. They recorded their debut album, Hold On Tight, throughout the Summer of 2008 and it released later that Fall on October 7. Soon after their debut album dropped, Hey Monday began touring with the likes of The Academy Is..., We The Kings, The Cab, This Providence, A Rocket To The Moon, and Cash Cash. That following year they supported Fall Out Boy on both their major U.S. and international tours. Their popularity grew and the band went on their first headlining tour with This Providence, The Friday Night Boys, Stereo Skyline, and The Bigger Lights as support. They also headlined a few dates in Europe. In the fall of 2009 they supported All Time Low on the Glamour Kills Tour.
